We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel without charge. Product images may differ slightly from the actual item due to photography conditions and display settings. Specifications are subject to change as we improve our products. The specifications listed at the time of your order are what you should expect to receive.
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or export restriction compliance. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines begin from the date of order confirmation, not the date of order placement. Delivery may be delayed by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We ship from our warehouses in Shenzhen (China), Los Angeles (US), and Hamburg (Germany) to minimize transit times. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly from ortur.com. To qualify, the product must be unused or have a demonstrated defect, and returned in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label for defective items. For buyer's remorse returns, return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product. Products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, AliExpress, etc.) are subject to that retailer's return policy.
All Ortur products carry a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Laser modules carry a separate 6-month warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover: damage from misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair; normal wear on consumable parts (belts, wheels, lens covers); damage from operating the laser on materials that produce corrosive byproducts (PVC, vinyl); or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographs of the defect.

Ortur products are subject to export control regulations. By purchasing our products, you confirm that you will comply with all applicable export and re-export laws. You will not export or re-export our products to countries, individuals, or entities prohibited by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. For customers in the European Union, this clause does not override mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
